Frequently Asked Questions

Do we provide routine veterinary care including vaccinations and diagnostics??

We focus exclusively on providing acupuncture, laser therapy and euthanasia services in the privacy of your own home. We do not offer routine veterinary care, including vaccinations, diagnostics, dispensing medications, or emergency care. For these needs, we recommend maintaining a relationship with a primary care veterinarian or contacting an emergency hospital.

Does my pet need radiographs prior to my acupuncture/laser therapy appointment?

We do not require radiographs prior to your first appointment, although it is highly recommended to make a treatment plan that will best benefit your pet by knowing the leading underlying cause of discomfort and to ensure there are no contraindications to laser therapy. We always perform a thorough examination to identify areas of pain and discomfort including the primary source and referred/compensated pain. If we feel that diagnostics are necessary, we may recommend seeing your primary care veterinarian.
